A-Z: Stephenson Blake Type Sheet

The first time I got this vintage wood block type, I knew I just wanted to print the whole alphabet.

This is a type sheet using letterpress wood type 4” condensed grotesque Stephenson Blake font.

Printed using bright Van Son Pantone Black oil based ink. Hand-pulled on my trusty Farley proofing press at the Hellbox studio.

Printed on 170gsm acid free recycled cartridge paper 

Signed and numbered. Open edition. Sold unframed.

Slight variations in each print due to paper placement and ink distribution.
